All Acorn Stairlifts are independently tested and certified to comply with the latest quality standards for stairlifts (ISO 9386-2:2000 Worldwide Standard). This includes testing our stairlifts to a minimum of 25,000 return journeys, which equates to more than 11 years’ service based on six journeys per day, every day. Nothing leaves our factories until it has been thoroughly checked and tested by an experienced quality assurance team. On top of that, our installation engineers work through a rigorous 37-point checklist as part of the fitting process.
